I led creative direction for Marriott's Top Performers incentive program at the JW Marriott Marco Island, developing the naming, branding, and event theming from scratch. The goal was an experience that felt rooted in the spirit of Southern Florida while still feeling fresh and unexpected.

Key Highlights

  • Welcome Reception: Inspired by Sunken Gardens, the vintage Florida theme park, the welcome reception set a playful, retro-Florida tone for the weekend.

  • Discipline-Specific Lounges: Designed dedicated lounges for each discipline, giving teams their own space to connect and collaborate throughout the program.

  • Gala Evening: Designed a modern supper club gala with custom place settings, stage design, lush florals, and curated entertainment rooted in Southern Florida.
