I led creative direction for Marriott's Top Performers incentive program at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Tucson. The brief was to honor the company's highest achievers with an experience that felt as exceptional as their performance.

Creative Vision
I developed the program name, visual identity, and event theming from the ground up, drawing on the drama of the Sonoran Desert and the canyon setting of Dove Mountain.

Key Highlights

• Immersive Branding: Designed staked signage throughout the property featuring quotes from top performers. The centerpiece was a large-scale coyote billboard, a nod to the canyon wildlife, built to illuminate at night with a neon surround.

• One-of-a-Kind Gifting Suite: Developed a custom gifting experience so well received that Marriott adopted it across future programs.

• Interactive Gala Centerpieces: Programmable centerpieces that lit up when each achiever's name was called, replacing the traditional parade-style recognition with something more personal.

• Howl at the Moon After Party: A western-inspired after-party with breakout karaoke and a room full of custom neon signage.

Impact & Results
The gifting suite and gala format were both adopted by Marriott for future programs. The project was recognized with a SITE Global Crystal Award for Excellence in Incentive Travel: North America.
